User Level Security For A Database

We can make the databases that are created more secure by creating User Level Security for the databases. This provides exclusive privileges for the administrators or the owners and the rest will access depending the access level they have. Microsoft Office has provided this special feature for this database software.

To Create User Level Security in Access 2003:

1) Click on Tools Menu and click Security

2) When we click on Work Group Administrator we have an option to create administrator privileges for the database.

3) By Clicking User and Group Accounts we can create users and give privileges to the users that are using the machine and limit them.
