Entering Data In Microsoft Access 2010

Microsoft Access is one of the relational databases that is provided by Microsoft that has become very popular. It has a very easy to use interface and easy to export or import files to or from any other file types respectively.
Entering data in Microsoft Access has been very easy compared to its previous versions with its new features.


Steps to insert data into Access 2010:

1) Click on File Menu to go into Backstage View and Click on Blank Database.


2) It will open a new database and it will show the following screen with blinking cursor in the first field.


3) Enter data and click enter to go into next field, enter data till we get all the columns and press down arrow button.


After entering all the data click File menu and click save to complete the table and save it with a name.
